In addition to written and on-line input opportunities, the public consultation process will include:
• May 26 - ½ day stakeholder group conference;
• May 27 and 28, June 22 and 23 - opportunities for stakeholder organizations to provide 15 minute presentation to the chair. Briefs to be forwarded at least two days in advance of meetings.
• June - ten community consultation meetings.
- What exactly do you mean by a stakeholder group?
We recognize that all individuals are stakeholders. However, at this time, and for the purpose of the stakeholder group meetings, a stakeholder is an organization and not an individual.

The stakeholder group conference will include remarks on the consultation process and its purpose by the Chair of the public consultation process, Dan Perrins, and a presentation by Dr. Richard Florizone, Chair of the Uranium Development Partnership (UDP).
This will be followed by facilitated discussion of all five areas of the UDP report. Those are exploration and mining; upgrading (conversion, enrichment, and fuel fabrication); power generation; used fuel management; and research, development, and training.
Participants will have an opportunity to discuss all areas of the report with representatives from other organizations. Proceedings will be audio-recorded and made available on-line.

Organizations will have an opportunity to present and discuss with the Chair, their views on the findings and recommendations. Presentations should be no longer than 15 minutes. The Chair requests that groups provide him with a written presentations/brief at least two days prior to the meeting. These will be made available on the public consultation's website.
- Are the one-on-one meetings open to the public?
Yes, the public can attend these meetings, as space allows.

Organizations can call 1-877-791-4667 to register for a one-on-one meeting with the Chair. Stakeholder organizations are requested to submit their written presentation prior to the Chair at least two working days in advance of the meeting:
By mail: P.O Box 7, Regina, SK, S4P 2Z5
By email: dan.perrins@saskuranium.ca
- How many submissions can I put forward to the Chair?
It is preferred that one submission be provided, however, if you wish to provide additional information, this will be combined and submitted to the Chair as one submission.
- Even though I am an individual, and not an organization, I would still like to make a presentation to the Chair. Can I do that?
Our priority at this time is for organizations to make a one-on-one presentation to the Chair as we can't accommodate individual presentations. However, we are not ruling out the possibility of individuals making a presentation depending upon number of requests and the availability of the Chair.
